BC174B变速器作为一种新产品要推向市场,需要对产品进行验证以判断所设计的产品是否达到预期的效果。本文针对BC174B变速器在道路试验中出现的掉档问题进行了分析,描述了对该变速器总成的综合测量方法。通过实际监测的数据,查找了变速器掉档的原因,从而提出对拨叉提高刚性设计的改进以及提高总成装配精度控制等相应的改进,以使BC174B变速器以更可靠的质量推向市场。
