茚花青绿(Indocyanine Green)是一有机阴离子,用于测定心脏输出量、肝的血流量及肝功能。由于茚花青绿的降解产物在770nm处有吸收,分光光度法不能精密的测定染料在水介质中的降解。本文讨论了茚花青绿的稳定性及其在生物体内的药物动力学。茚花青绿的高压液相层法的定量检出限度为0.4μg/ml。实验条件:装有225nmUV检出器的高压液相层析仪,使用反相柱,以乙腈-甲醇-0.05MKH_2PO_4-Na_2HPO_4缓冲液(47:3:50)(pH6)为移动相,流速2ml/分,保留时间约7分钟。
Indocyanine Green is an organic anion used to measure cardiac output, liver blood flow, and liver function. Because indocyanine green degradation products are absorbed at 770 nm, spectrophotometry can not accurately measure dye degradation in aqueous media. This article discusses the stability of indene green and its pharmacokinetics in vivo. The quantitative detection limit of indene green high pressure liquid phase method was 0.4 μg / ml. Experimental Conditions: A high-pressure liquid chromatograph equipped with a 225 nm UV detector was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-0.05MKH_2PO_4-Na_2HPO_4 buffer (pH = 4.6) Minutes, retention time of about 7 minutes.
