2009年是中华人民共和国成立60周年。60年来,我们的国家发生了翻天覆地的、质的变化。我所从事的专业中国宪法学同样经历了一个不平凡的发展过程。对于这个过程作一回顾,必将有助于发现宪法学在我国生长和走向繁荣的历史轨迹,从而对未来的发展会有所借鉴和启迪,所以是有益的。中国宪法学所走过的60年,若以党的十一届三中全会作为分水岭,可以划分为前30 2009 is the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Over the past 60 years, tremendous and qualitative changes have taken place in our country. The professional Chinese constitutional law I have undergone also experienced an extraordinary development process. A review of this process will surely help to find out the historical trajectory of constitutional law in our country’s growth and prosperity so as to draw lessons from and enlightenment on the future development of the study. Therefore, it is beneficial. Sixty years passed by China’s constitutional law can be divided into the top 30 if the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee is taken as a watershed
