应用蚁醛脱毒蝮蛇类毒素与等量美粘士混合制剂免疫的豚鼠,可抵御14.786mg蝮蛇毒的攻击,相当于体重300～400g豚鼠肌内注射蝮蛇毒9.86MLD毒量。每毫升免疫豚鼠血清可中和蝮蛇毒200ug,相当于中和体重20g小鼠腹腔注射12.34LD_(50)蝮蛇毒量。免疫血清的蝮蛇毒沉淀素效价达1:10000。在第二次及第三次免疫注射类毒素前一小时给予抗组织胺药扑尔敏,可有效地防止过敏反应。
Guinea-pigs immunized with the combination of aldehyde-free benthamin toxins and the same amount of American sticks could resist the attack of 14.786mg snake venom, equivalent to 9.86MLD of the venomous snake venom injected intramuscularly in guinea pigs weighing 300-400g. Per ml immunized guinea pig serum can neutralize Agkistrodon oxyphylla 200ug, equivalent to neutralizing body weight 20g mice intraperitoneal injection of 12.34LD_ (50) Agkistrodon volume. Immune serum viper venom titer of 1: 10000. Antihistamine chlorpheniramine is administered one hour before the second and third immunization of toxoid, which can effectively prevent allergic reactions.
