音乐教育是实施素质教育的重要手段,然而,在西北一些经济欠发达的农村,中学音乐教育的现状不容乐观。作者在甘肃省靖远县大芦中学支教过程中,通过给学生代音乐课、与学生及老师沟通了解、问卷调查等方法,分析认为,师资力量短缺,教学设备简陋,对音乐教育的重视程度不够等问题是目前制约农村音乐教育发展的主要因素。由此引发提出国家在西部大建设开发的同时,进一步加大对西部教育政策倾斜,在解决师资的短缺、培训、激励制度、教育经费的投资等方面加大力度的建议。
Music education is an important means of implementing quality education. However, in some underdeveloped rural areas of Northwest China, the status quo of music education in secondary schools is not optimistic. In the process of teaching at Dalu Middle School in Jingyuan County, Gansu Province, the author, through giving students a lesson in music, communicating with students and teachers, and questionnaire surveys, concluded that teachers’ shortages, poor teaching facilities and inadequate emphasis on music education And other issues is currently the main factor restricting the development of rural music education. This has led to the suggestion that the state should further increase its tilt toward education policy in the western region and increase its efforts to solve the shortage of teachers, training, incentive system and investment in education funds, while developing the country’s western construction and development.
