目的探讨改良阴式子宫切除术的优点、临床应用效果及基层医院开展的可行性。方法自2009年1月至2011年5月,对65例因子宫肌瘤﹑子宫腺肌病﹑功能失调性子宫出血、子宫内膜不典型增生,宫颈CINⅢ级,行改良阴式子宫切除术。结果手术时间40～90min,平均63min;出血量50～150ml;住院时间4～6d,平均5d;术后止痛药使用次数0～1次。结论 TVH手术时间短﹑出血量少﹑创伤小,切口疼痛轻﹑恢复快是,一种安全、有效的子宫切除术式,手术方式容易掌握,适合基层医院开展。
Objective To explore the advantages of modified vaginal hysterectomy, clinical application and the feasibility of primary hospital. Methods From January 2009 to May 2011, 65 patients with uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, dysplastic endometrial hyperplasia, cervical CIN Ⅲ grade were treated with modified vaginal hysterectomy. Results The operation time was 40-90 minutes with an average of 63 minutes. The amount of bleeding was 50-150ml. The hospitalization time was 4-6 days with an average of 5 days. The number of painkillers used was 0-1. Conclusions TVH has the advantages of short operation time, less bleeding, less trauma, less incision pain and fast recovery. It is a safe and effective method for hysterectomy. The operation method is easy to master and suitable for primary hospital.
