平面静压推力轴承摆辗装置及镦、挤、摆辗复合工艺由天津大学研究成功,并与1989年12月通过鉴定。一、平面静压推力轴承摆辗装置目前,国内外摆辗装置采用的结构型式都有一定弱点,采用推力向心滚子轴承的弱点是轴承尺寸大和轴承的寿命问题。采用球面静压轴承的问题是高精度的球面副很难加工。本装置采用平面静压推力轴承,其优点是结构简单,易于精加工、装配和调整。
