作者自1984年2～6月间共收治棉酚中毒55例,女51例,男4例,女:男=12:1。临床表现为食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、四肢软瘫、心悸、胸闷,腰痛、多尿或少尿等。化验检查血钾低于正常者52例,心电图有低血钾表现、U波明显者43例。本病发病缓慢,病程较长,病情严重,往往有多脏器(心、肾、神经系统等)受损表现。作者结合本组病例提出如下临床分型: 1.软瘫型:该型以四肢软瘫为主要临床表现,占
The authors treated 55 cases of gossypol poisoning from January to June 1984 with 51 females, 4 males and 12 females. Clinical manifestations of loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, limbs, paralysis, heart palpitations, chest tightness, back pain, polyuria or oliguria and so on. Laboratory tests serum hypokalemia were 52 cases of hypokalemia, ECG showed hypokalemia, clear U waves in 43 cases. The slow onset of the disease, longer duration, serious condition, often multiple organs (heart, kidney, nervous system, etc.) damaged performance.
