研究了高温烧结发热体坯体的烧结工艺对热弯的影响,使用SEM观察高温弯曲试样的表面形貌及成分分析,通过表面防护的保护措施,防止高温烧结时发热体坯体的渗碳发生。结果表明,保护性高温烧结工艺的发热体可进行热态弯曲成形,表面没有发现裂纹,试样中的气孔已明显球化。
The effect of sintering process of high temperature sintering heater body on heat bending was studied. The surface morphology and composition analysis of high temperature bending specimen were observed by SEM. The carburization of the heater body during high temperature sintering was prevented by the protective measures of surface protection occur. The results show that the heating element of the protective high temperature sintering process can be hot bent and formed, no cracks are found on the surface, and the pores in the sample have obviously nodularity.
