低浓型萘系减水剂广泛用于商品混凝土搅拌站,在冬季使用过程中,容易出现产品结晶现象,影响外加剂产品及商品混凝土质量。本文针对海西地区冬季气候条件,结合十水硫酸钠的理论溶解度及结晶形成机理,通过试验配方研究,最终确定了三种有效的冬季高效减水剂抗结晶方案,并通过实验数据说明三种方案的适用范围及优缺点,为外加剂生产企业及商品混凝土生产企业提供了很好的参考借鉴。
Low concentrations of naphthalene superplasticizer is widely used in commercial concrete mixing plant, in the course of winter use, prone to product crystallization phenomenon, affecting the quality of admixture products and commercial concrete. In this paper, according to the winter climatic conditions in the Hercynian region, combined with the theoretical solubility and crystal formation mechanism of sodium sulfate decahydrate, three effective solutions of winter superplasticizer anti-crystallization were finally determined through the experimental formula study.
