本文报告了以地高辛标记CaM基因ⅢcDNA探针检测15例生育男性和20例不育男性精液中的CaMmRNA.9例出现蓝色阳性斑点的精液中均含有生精细胞(>4个/HP),其中1例不育男性精液中见有大量白细胞(>10个/HP)。所有未出现杂交斑点的精液中未见或偶见生精细胞与白细胞。作者认为,精子为含有极少胞质的高度特异化的细胞,要从分子水平上探讨CaM与男性不育的关系,需从研究各级生精细胞着手。
In this paper, we report the detection of CaM mRNA in semen of 15 fertile males and 20 infertile males using digoxigenin labeled CaM gene Ⅲ cDNA probe. Spermatogenic cells (> 4 cells / HP) were found in all 9 cases with blue-positive spots. A large number of white blood cells (> 10 cells / HP) were found in one infertile male. No spermatozoa and leukocytes were found or occasionally seen in all semen without hybridization spots. The author believes that the sperm cells with very few cytoplasm highly specific, from the molecular level to explore the relationship between male infertility and CaM, from the study of germ cells at all levels.
