目前建筑市场的工程施工合同签订和履行方面存在着诸多风险,如何加强企业施工合同管理,防范和规避市场中的合同财务风险,已成为每个施工企业的当务之急。本文首先分析了施工企业合同风险的主要表现,其次,从增强施工企业法律意识;合同由企业法定代表人签订;企业应建立合同专用章管理制度,制定合同专用章领用、管理、使用办法;企业应全面履行合同;施工企业应该设置法律顾问室等方面对如何防范施工企业合同提出了自己的建议和看法,具有一定的参考价值。
