目的:为探讨烧伤脓毒症的防治措施,采用烫伤后盲肠结扎穿刺术建立烧伤脓毒症小鼠模型。方法:体外观察rIL-2(重组白细胞介素2)对鼠模型和临床烧伤患者的细胞免疫功能的作用。结果:①烧伤脓毒症小鼠脾细胞对ConA刺激的应答和NK细胞毒活性均显著降低;②烧伤患者的T细胞和NK细胞免疫功能也明显降低,并随烧伤严重程度而加重;③rIL-2在体外对烧伤后受损的细胞免疫功能有一定的改善作用,但对脓毒症感染患者无明显作用。结论:rIL-2对烧伤后免疫功能的降低有一定的恢复作用。
Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment of burn sepsis, a burn mouse model of burn sepsis was established by burned cecal ligation and puncture. Methods: The effect of rIL-2 (recombinant interleukin-2) on cellular immune function in murine model and clinical burn patients was observed in vitro. Results: (1) The response of spleen cells to ConA and the cytotoxicity of NK cells were significantly decreased in burn sepsis mice; (2) The immune function of T cells and NK cells in burn patients was also significantly decreased and aggravated with the severity of burn injury; (3) 2 has a certain improvement in cellular immune function damaged in vitro after burn, but it has no significant effect on patients with sepsis infection. Conclusion: rIL-2 has a certain effect on the reduction of immune function after burn.
