针对传统的水轮机相对效率试验中存在的问题,研制了一种由STD工业控制机(简称下位机)和PC-386微机(简称上位机)组成的双微机相对效率测试系统。研究了远程通讯的简便、可靠方案;研究了人机对话界面;研究了数据处理中的数学方法;讨论了相对效率试验中动水头估算问题。所研究的软件具有自己的特色,经过葛洲坝电厂现场使用证明,测试系统技术先进,功能全面,带来的经济效益显著,得到电厂的好评。
Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional turbine relative efficiency test, a double microcomputer relative efficiency test system composed of STD industrial control machine (PC for short) and PC-386 microcomputer (PC for short) was developed. The simple and reliable scheme of telecommunication is studied. The interface of man-machine dialogue is studied. The mathematical method in data processing is studied. The estimation of the head of the moving head in relative efficiency test is discussed. The software under study has its own characteristics. After Gezhouba Power Plant’s on-site use proved that the testing system has advanced technology and comprehensive functions, the economic benefits brought by it are remarkable and it has been praised by power plants.
