学生的潜质与素质的培养一直是芭蕾教学环节中难点之一。回顾五百年的芭蕾发展史,玛丽娅·塔里奥尼、乌兰诺娃等一代划时代芭蕾巨星的成材经历就足以证明,如芭蕾教师能采以科学的指导方式来激发学生的潜质,仍不失有许多学生能很好地回归学业,甚至能创造奇迹。籍此,本文通过对芭蕾教育学生潜质的培养方法进行分析阐述,望能引起芭蕾教育界对培养学生素质的重视,并继而都能运用科学的教学手段,开发学生们的潜质,从而对芭蕾专业学生进行更有效地培养。
