目的对SPECT在颈动脉压迫训练中对大脑耐受性的判断做出评价。方法21只狗分为4组,直接结扎组6只,植入式训练组6只,自动监控式颈动脉压迫训练组6只,对照组3只。前3组狗使其动脉血压降低30~40mmHg,直接结扎组结扎其右颈总动脉;植入式训练组逐步阻断右颈总动脉血流,直到全部阻断进行植入式压迫训练;体外压迫训练组利用压迫训练器行压迫训练,1次/日,开始为压迫30分钟,以后每天延长10分钟,直至第8天处死。对照组直接结扎其颈动脉。前3组狗均做SPECT检查,4组狗均做病理检查。结果对照组无明显异常;两训练组狗SPECT值与直接结扎组相比得到了显著提高;三组狗SPECT实验值与其自身正常值相比,差异显著。SPECT值与病理检查结果相吻合。结论SPECT对于判断颈动脉压迫训练时,大脑两侧半球侧支循环的建立,效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the judgment of brain tolerance of SPECT in carotid compression training. Methods Twenty-one dogs were divided into 4 groups, 6 in the direct ligation group, 6 in the implanted training group, 6 in the auto-monitoring carotid compression training group and 3 in the control group. The first three groups of dogs reduced their arterial blood pressure by 30-40 mmHg, and the ligation of the right common carotid artery was performed in the ligation group. The implanted training group gradually blocked the right common carotid artery blood flow until the complete blockade of the implanted compression training. Oppression training group using compression trainer row training, 1 time / day, began to oppression for 30 minutes, after every day for 10 minutes, until the eighth day of sacrifice. The control group was ligated directly to the carotid artery. Before the three groups of dogs were SPECT examination, 4 dogs were pathological examination. Results There was no obvious abnormality in the control group. The SPECT value of dogs in the two training groups was significantly higher than that of the direct ligation group. The SPECT values of the three groups were significantly different from their normal value. SPECT value and pathological examination results match. Conclusion SPECT for judging the carotid compression training, the hemispheric cerebral hemispheres of the establishment of the collateral circulation, the effect is significant.
