某QLG1500-40型滚筒式混匀取料机存在驱动装置受到较大振动冲击、减速器高速轴断裂等故障,为了探究其原因,对设备进行了三维实体建模和受力分析。将取料机料耙的行走和驱动装置等效简化为对心曲柄滑块机构,并用MATLAB/Simulink环境中的SimMechanics工具箱进行了机构建模和仿真分析。分析表明,机构偏载造成了行走小车在往复运动时受到巨大的行走阻力,当运动换向时,行走阻力发生方向突变而形成巨大冲击载荷,造成设备周期性振动冲击故障。
Some QLG1500-40 type drum mixer has the drive device subjected to large vibration impact, high speed shaft rupture fault and other failures, in order to explore the reasons for the equipment were three-dimensional solid modeling and stress analysis. Simultaneously, the walking and driving devices of the material harvester are simplified to the center-crank slider mechanism, and the mechanism modeling and simulation analysis are carried out by using the SimMechanics toolbox in the MATLAB / Simulink environment. The analysis shows that the eccentric load of the mechanism causes the walking trolley to be subjected to huge walking resistance during the reciprocating motion. When the movement is reversed, the direction of the walking resistance suddenly changes to form a huge impact load, which causes periodic vibration impact failure of the equipment.
