我们在寻找感觉、运动神经系统蛋白表达差异的过程中 ,曾发现了感觉神经特异的相对分子质量(Ｍｒ) 2 9× 10 3蛋白 ,但未能获得其全长ｃＤＮＡ[1] 。因此 ,我们试图通过ＳＤＳ ＰＡＧＥ电泳来分析脊髓感觉神经和运动神经蛋白的表达 ,以获得这一感觉神经特异性蛋白并进行测序。
In our search for the differences in sensory and motor nervous system proteins, we found a sensory-nerve-specific molecular weight (Mr) of 29 × 10 3, but failed to obtain its full-length cDNA [1]. Therefore, we attempted to analyze the expression of spinal sensory nerves and motor neuron proteins by SDS PAGE electrophoresis to obtain and sequence this sensory nerve-specific protein.
