心理障碍严重阻碍体育课的正常进行,直接影响中学生身心健康。对体育课中学生心理障碍的呈现形式、形成过程进行剖析,探究预防、疏导、消除策略,对调动学生学习积极性,创造有利于教学的课堂环境,提高体育课教学质量有积极意义。学生心理障碍在教学过程中的表现形式主要有:第一,对练习的消极、厌倦心理。第二,对练习的抵制、对抗心理。第三,对练习的忧虑、畏惧心理。第四,练习中的自满、自足心理。这四种心理障碍,虽然表现形式不同,但都可通过学生间的情感传递,由局部感染到整体,直接影响体育课教学效果。
Mental disorder seriously hinder the normal course of physical education, directly affect the physical and mental health of middle school students. It is of positive significance to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn, to create a classroom environment conducive to teaching, and to improve the teaching quality of physical education through analyzing the forms and formation processes of psychological obstacles in physical education students and exploring ways to prevent, divert and eliminate them. Students psychological barriers in the teaching process in the form of performance are: First, the practice of negative, tired of psychology. Second, the practice of boycott, psychological confrontation. Third, the fear of practice, fear. Fourth, the complacency in practice, self-sufficient psychology. Although these four kinds of psychological disorders have different manifestations, they all can be affected locally by the emotional transmission among students and directly affect the teaching effect of physical education.
