有组织的职业指导历史很短,所以没有多大机会证实牠的价值。职业指导如教育宗教等一样,其真实的效果,或永远不易加以精碓的估量。原因就是问题太复杂了。一个人职业适应,包括生理的,心理的,社会的,经济的许多因素,要得到各方面的数量的证明是很难的。还有一种情形足以阻碍职业指导效果的测量者是时间的问题。因为职业指导注力于将来的适应,牠的功效非经过相当时期,指导者或指导机关对于被指导者有了相当的观察,不容易看出来。
Organized career guidance has a short history, so there is not much opportunity to confirm its value. Vocational guidance, like education and religion, is as real as it is or can not easily be refined. The reason is that the problem is too complicated. It is difficult to get the proof of the quantity in all aspects of a person’s career adaptation, including many factors of physical, psychological, social and economic aspects. There is another situation where the measurer, hindering the effectiveness of career guidance, is a matter of time. Because career guidance is focused on future adaptation, its effectiveness does not go through a long period of time. It is not easy for the director or steering organ to observe the instructor fairly.
