针对电动汽车移动储能特点,通过分析电动汽车容量特点,提出包含重要用户停电损失费用及电动汽车运行、调度、维护费用最小的电动汽车应急供电模型。鉴于电动汽车随机分散特点,文中基于模糊K-means算法设计一种电动汽车应急供电聚集方案,目的是提高电动汽车主动聚集能力,降低电动汽车聚集时间。通过算例验证了该电动汽车应急供电聚集方案和该应急供电模型的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the characteristics of mobile energy storage of electric vehicles, this paper proposes an emergency power supply model for electric vehicles that includes the loss of power outages of important users and the operation, scheduling and maintenance costs of electric vehicles by analyzing the features of electric vehicle capacity. In view of the characteristics of EV decentralization, a fuzzy K-means algorithm is proposed in this paper to design an emergency solution for electric vehicles. The purpose is to improve the ability of EVs to gather aggressively and reduce the aggregation time of EVs. An example is given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the EV emergency power supply aggregation scheme and the emergency power supply model.
