本文通过问卷调查和分析,初步揭示高职教师胜任特征、组织公民行为、任务绩效之间的关系,指出高职教师创新能力可以预测教师的任务绩效,教师的成就取向可以预测其尽职、谦恭和公德三种组织公民行为,学习与科研能力、创新能力、团队精神能激发教师利他、尽职、公德和谦恭正面行为,为高职教育师资队伍建设和管理提供了新的思路和方法。
Through questionnaire and analysis, this paper reveals the relationship between competency, organizational citizenship behavior and mission performance of higher vocational teachers. It points out that the innovation ability of higher vocational teachers can predict the task performance of teachers. The orientation of teachers’ achievement can predict their due diligence, The three kinds of organizational citizenship behavior, learning and research ability, innovation ability and team spirit can inspire teachers’ altruism, due diligence, ethics and courtesy, and provide new ideas and methods for the construction and management of teachers in higher vocational education.
