国家信息中心科研管理处处长盛磊日前在《中国2049战略》课题中期评审汇报会上就《中国交通发展现代化“十三五”规划及中长期战略研究》做了专题报告。她认为,“十三五”交通规划重点应建设综合交通立体空间走廊。盛磊认为,当前我国交通发展格局存在诸多问题。首先,按人口数量计算的铁路和公路运网密度,都远低于美国和日本等国家,与我国的人口、国土面积和经济发展不相适应。其次,运输能力紧张,运输质量有待提高。“在国民经济持续
Sheng Lei, Director of the Scientific Research Administration of the State Information Center, made a special report on the mid-term and long-term strategic planning of ”13th Five-year Plan for Transport Modernization in China“ at the mid-term review and assessment meeting of the ”2049 Strategy for China“ project. She believes that ”13th Five-Year Plan“ should focus on the construction of integrated traffic corridor of three-dimensional space. Sheng Lei believes that there are many problems in China's current traffic pattern. First of all, the density of railways and road transport networks calculated by population is much lower than that of the United States and Japan, which are incompatible with the population, land area and economic development of our country.
