The digitization and networking of information resources are fundamentally impacting the existing business model, service model and management model of the library, which is largely shaking the traditional attributes and business foundation of the traditional library. At the same time, the change of users’ information needs and information behaviors also forces the library to reposition itself and reconstruct its own business functions and service capabilities.
