随着我国中等职业教学事业的发展,改革与创新的理念逐渐深入人心,但是改革的最终目标为何、改革的程度如何控制等问题目前没有一个统一标准,同时,对于同样的专业设置,如何评价教学的好坏以及如何评价毕业学生的质量等评价类问题也没有一个统一答案,本文的意义,就是基于水利水电工程施工专业设置标准及标准化建立的基础上,给出上述问题的标准及答案。同时对水工专业设置标准相关因素合理分析,给出解决问题的思路。
