《永远》是一部彰显艺术生命力的电影,影片围绕着拉雪兹神父公墓展开,在这里人们能感受到死亡与爱的交融和艺术的不朽。拉雪兹神父公墓:位于巴黎东部,占地44公顷,这里曾是“太阳王”路易十四(1643—1715年在位)的忏悔神父——拉雪兹神父的豪华别墅。拉雪兹深得路易十四的宠信,掌握宗教事务长达34年之久,这幢别墅就是路易十四赐给他的。1804年这里改为公墓,人们习惯地称之为拉雪兹神父公墓。这是世界上最著名最漂亮的墓地之一,是世界各地的艺术家们休憩长眠的乐土,如法国喜剧作家莫里哀、波兰作曲家及钢琴家肖邦、法国小说家巴尔扎克、爱尔兰诗人及剧作家王尔德、法国著名的诗人兼寓言作家拉封丹、法国现代派作家普鲁斯特、社会主义思想的先驱圣西门等等。寂静的公墓里,不时地看到有些墓前陈放着鲜花,全世界各地景仰法国文化的Fans都可以在这里找到自己的崇拜者,呈上鲜花。在《永远》中,从活生生的人们的眼中我们看到的是神秘的、平静的而又美丽的墓地(拉雪兹神父公墓)。很多人都跟自己的爱人一起过来膜拜死去的艺术家,有的人在自己崇拜的艺术家的坟前留下自己的书信,有的则献上一朵花。敬慕者们在一起谈论艺术和生命中的美丽,墓地给他们生活的灵感。死亡不会给我们带来慰藉,但是给我们带来了时间的流逝,面对长满青苔的墓地的惆怅,一曲美丽而又有力的音乐,一首诗或者一幅画。
