目的识别、分析与评价某公司大豆分离蛋白项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出相应的防护对策与措施,防止和控制职业病的发生。方法依据相关法律、法规和规范标准,采用现场职业卫生调查、检查表法和检验检测法进行评价。结果粉尘个体检测合格率为71%,粉尘定点检测合格率为75%;噪声个体检测合格率为55%;氯化氢及盐酸、氢氧化钠、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、氯气等化学毒物检测结果符合国家职业卫生接触限值。结论该项目为职业病危害较重的建设项目。粉尘与噪声为该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素,建设单位应按照建议要求进行整改与落实,使其工作场所中职业病危害因素的浓度(或强度)达到国家职业卫生限值的要求,预防与控制职业病的发生。
