以TC4钛合金为研究对象,分析钛合金经脉冲电流处理后的应力-应变曲线及微观形貌变化的规律,研究脉冲电流对其变形损伤性能的影响。结果表明,高强度脉冲电流处理可使钛合金板材保持塑性变形能力,提高板材的极限变形能力及伸长率、屈强比和屈服强度,改善组织缺陷,提高板材的成形性。同时脉冲电流处理还可以细化晶粒,改善合金强韧性,避免合金氧化。
Taking TC4 titanium alloy as the research object, the stress-strain curve and the variation of micro-morphology of the titanium alloy after pulse current treatment were analyzed, and the influence of pulse current on its deformation and damage properties was studied. The results show that high intensity pulsed current treatment can maintain the plastic deformation capacity of the titanium alloy sheet, increase the ultimate deformation capacity and elongation, yield ratio and yield strength of the sheet, improve the microstructure defects and improve the formability of the sheet. At the same time, the pulse current processing can also refine the grain, improve the toughness of the alloy, and avoid the oxidation of the alloy.
