一种成功培育企业家的、MBA的主要教学方式为何难以“洋为中用”呢?笔者以为主要有以下几点因素: 1.观念未转变。案例教学法是在改革开放后的80年代初,随着对外文化教育事业的交流而传入中国的。这种新型教学方法与思想引起了我国有识之士的极大举趣。此后数年,部分高校及管理干部培训机构开始陆续试用案例教学。但时至今日,案例教学并未在我国生根开花,得以广泛推行,究其原因固然不少,不是最根本的一条,恐怕还是缺乏对案例法及至整个现代管理教学法的正确认识。 2、教师不习惯。在案例教学中,
