本实验选用一段合成的小鼠阿片肽δ受体的多肽片段，通过与牛血清清蛋白连接，免疫小鼠，经细胞融合后，检测出抗该多肽片段抗体，从而建立了抗多肽片段单克隆抗体的细胞系。
In this experiment, a synthetic peptide fragment of opiate peptide δ receptor was selected and immunized with bovine serum albumin.
