对新研制的精密机床主轴轴承预紧力控制器的性能、力学强度及动态特性进行了理论分析,并对其控制性能及压力传递介质——液性塑料的物化性能进行了实验研究。理论分析与实验结果吻合良好。应用在明该控制器具有良好的控制性能,并获得国家发明专利。
The performance, mechanical strength and dynamic characteristics of the newly developed spindle bearing preload controller for precision machine tool are theoretically analyzed. The control performance and the physico-chemical properties of the pressure transmission medium, liquid plastic, are experimentally studied. The theoretical analysis is in good agreement with the experimental results. Applied in the controller has good control performance, and access to national invention patents.
