我园在贯彻《幼儿园工作规程》的过程中,体会到:教育管理的核心是教育思想的管理。一、抓住教育观念转变这一中心接受国家教委的试点工作任务后,我们认识到试点工作就是要把《规程》的教育思想转化办教育实践,完成这一任务的前提是真正理解《规程》,实现教育观念的转变。通过学《规程》,找差距,我们意识到教育工作中存在的主要问题是:忽视幼儿的全面和谐发展,忽视幼儿的主动活动;目标意识不够明确,盲目性、随意性较大;培养共性多,发展个性少;集体活动多,个别活动少;主观评价多,观察分析少;管束限制多,自由活动少
