Objective To detect the gene expression of P16, P53, bc12 and cerbB2 in transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder and to explore its relationship with pathological grade, clinical stage and metastasis of bladder cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the gene expression of P16, P53, bc12 and cerbB2 in 55 elderly patients with bladder cancer. Results The positive rates of P16, P53, bc12 and cerbB2 in 55 cases of bladder cancer were 436%, 491%, 418% and 418%, respectively. A variety of oncogene activation and Inactivation of tumor suppressor gene and tumor pathological grade, clinical stage and metastasis are closely related. 70.9% of the tumors had the above abnormal expression of oncogenes and / or tumor suppressor genes, of which 50.9% of the tumors had abnormal expression of multiple genes at the same time. Conclusions Multi-gene analysis of tumors is more valuable than single-gene analysis. Abnormal expression and synergistic effects of oncogenes bc1-2, c-erbB-2 and tumor suppressor genes P16 and P53 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer in the elderly Important role.
