钎焊料是实现卫星钛导管安装位置氩气保护高频钎焊的三大技术关键之一。本文简述了用于卫星钛导管钎焊的钎焊料试验研究结果。通过对Ti-Cu-Ni、Ti-Zr-Ni、Ag-Al-Mn和49Ti-49Zr-2Be等钎焊料与纯钛的钎焊工艺性能试验、接头与无水肼介质的相容性试验、接头强度试验等比较,确定了用于卫星钛导管钎焊焊料的化学成分(10-20%铜、14—25%镍、余为钛)和熔化温度(890—920℃)。钛导管接头,用该钎料在氩气保护下进行高频钎焊时,能满足卫星钛导管的各项技术要求,可代替钛锆铍钎焊料用于卫星钛导管的钎焊。
Brazing solder is one of the three key technologies to achieve high-frequency brazing of argon gas at the location where the satellite titanium conduit is installed.
