我厂第二炼钢车间经常发生钢锭不能顺利脱模(即所谓拐模)而迫使转炉停风等待的现象,严重地影晌产量的增长。此外亦影响转炉炉子寿命,钢锭模消耗等经济指标。 1959年10月间在第二炼钢车间第二台、第三台作了一次测定。被测定的项目有:转炉后吹时间,转炉出钢渣的∑(FeO),出钢温度,钢锭模水浴时间,钢锭模注前温度,刷油情况,注毕到脱模的间隔时间(即起模时间),钢锭脱氧情况及钢锭成分等。由于拐模的原因很多,影响有大有小,有间接,有直接,有时甚至在相互掩盖,所以有些因素不能直接从数字上看出。但是这些因素一般仍可从操作实践中体会到。兹将各因素具体分述如下:
