采用预裂纹双悬臂梁试样(DCB试样)在4种不同的实验室模拟腐蚀环境中测试了4种新型铝合金7B04/T741,B95/T2,2D12/T4和2D70/T6的应力腐蚀敏感性,并与海南万宁试验站和青岛团岛试验站两个海洋环境下的户外大气试验的结果作对比,分析了4种实验室模拟环境试验对实际使用环境的模拟加速性,根据试验中的一些现象,对DCB试验的方法做了一些讨论.结果发现,4种合金都有一定的应力腐蚀敏感性,但不同的加速试验得到的应力腐蚀敏感性顺序不同,所采用的4种实验室环境模拟加速试验方法的模拟加速性并没有明显的差异.
