目的观察生态学灭鼠法对巩固大型宾馆鼠密度的作用,为今后灭鼠工作提供科学依据。方法选择环境条件基本一致而鼠害较重的大型宾馆4个,先用0.005%溴敌隆玉米毒饵连投6 d统一灭鼠,然后再将4个宾馆随机分成2组,一组为追加生态学灭鼠法,另一组不追加任何灭鼠措施,观察6个月内2组鼠密度的差别,用100格粉板法测定鼠密度,计算灭鼠率。结果4个宾馆采用0.005%溴敌隆玉米毒饵后灭鼠效果分别为96.92%、97.06%、96.82%和97.53%,总灭鼠率为97.12%;在6个月的观察期内,追加生态学灭鼠法的2个宾馆鼠密度回升很慢,一直保持在很低的水平,到6个月时鼠密度比毒饵灭鼠后仅增加了2.97倍。不追加任何灭鼠措施的2个宾馆鼠密度回升很快,毒饵灭鼠后至6个月时鼠密度增加了34.34倍,2组鼠密度相差31.37倍(u=22.24,P<0.01)。结论毒饵灭鼠后追加生态学灭鼠法是一种既安全高效又长期有效巩固灭鼠成果的手段。
Objective To observe the effect of ecological rodent control on the consolidation of rat density in large guesthouses and provide a scientific basis for rodent control work in the future. Methods Four large-scale hotels with basically the same environmental conditions and heavier rodents were selected. The rats were first dosed with 0.005% bromadiolone bait for 6 d, and then four hotels were randomly divided into two groups. Learn rodent method, the other group does not append any rodent control measures, 6 months to observe the difference between the two groups of mice density, with 100-cell powder method to determine the density of mice, calculated rodent rate. Results The eradication effects of 0.005% bromadiolone corn baits were 96.92%, 97.06%, 96.82% and 97.53% respectively in 4 guesthouses, and the total decontamination rate was 97.12%. The density of mice in two hotels did not increase any more, and the rat density increased 34.34-fold after 6 months of detoxification. Conclusion The addition of ecological rodent control after poison bait is a safe and effective way to effectively consolidate the results of rodent control.
