师徒制多见于职业技术教育,但是师徒关系在我国的法院、检察院以及律师界都已经是业务培训和执业能力提高的重要手段。目前高校都十分重视法学教育的实践教学,在注重法学理论教学的同时,是否可以引入现代学徒制的教学模式。通过引入社会师资力量,提高学生法学实践综合技能,通过建立新的学生的学习水平评价机制,在重视理论教学的基础上全面提高社会实践能力,以适应法学人才培养的需要。
Apprenticeship is more common in vocational and technical education, but the relationship between mentoring and apprentice in our country courts, procuratorate and lawyers are already an important means of business training and practice ability. At present, all the colleges and universities attach great importance to the practice teaching of law education, and while paying attention to the teaching of law theory, whether it is possible to introduce the teaching mode of modern apprenticeship. Through the introduction of social teachers, to improve students ’comprehensive skills in law practice, through the establishment of new students’ learning level evaluation mechanism, based on the theory of teaching on the basis of comprehensively improving the social practice ability to meet the needs of legal personnel training.
