目的研究学历与社区卫生服务机构家庭医生慢性病管理绩效激励态度的关系。方法对上海8家社区卫生服务机构的部分家庭医生进行问卷调查。结果不同学历的家庭医生对绩效激励态度量表中“除了可以带来绩效奖励以外,达到激励质量目标对患者也是有益的”“这种经济激励是基于具有临床意义的质量目标的”“我很了解计算激励得分的计分系统”“经济激励给我提供了一个显著增加收入的机会”4个条目的看法存在统计学差异。结论社区家庭医生对慢性病管理中绩效激励的态度与其学历相关。
Objective To study the relationship between academic record and chronic disease management performance incentives of family doctors in community health service institutions. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on some family doctors in 8 community health service agencies in Shanghai.
