用复方麻辛酊敷贴离子导入疗法对哮喘豚鼠进行治疗 ,并与正常组、喘乐宁对照组、离子导入组、敷贴组、模型对照组相比较 ,观察各组动物白蛋白激发后气道阻力 (Ri、Re)和肺顺应性 (Cor)的变化。结果显示 :复方麻辛酊治疗组豚鼠经白蛋白激发后Ri、Re和Cor与正常组较接近 ,喘乐宁对照组次之 ,两者比较无显著性差异 ;模型对照组白蛋白激发后Ri、Re峰值明显升高 ,Cor较低 ,与上述两组比较有显著差异 ;导入组、敷贴组激发后Ri、Re峰值比治疗组明显升高 ,Cor明显下降。表明复方麻辛酊敷贴离子导入疗法能降低哮喘豚鼠的气道阻力 ,改善肺的顺应性 ,其疗效优于单纯导入及敷贴组 ,与西药喘乐宁组接近
Asthmatic guinea pigs were treated with compound cinnamicin and iontophoresis, and compared with normal group, salbutaline control group, iontophoresis group, applicator group, and model control group. Changes in resistance (Ri, Re) and lung compliance (Cor). It was shown that compound cinnamoside application iontophoresis can reduce airway resistance and improve lung compliance in asthmatic guinea pigs, and its curative effect is better than that of simple introduction and applicator group. It is similar to Xipenxiongning group.
