大鼠147只,分成12组,分别全身一次照射γ线50~1250Gy。脑型放射病的剂量范围为200~1250Gy。大鼠脑型放射病时的神经系统症状有四个时相:早期运动失调期、不活动期、高活动期和临终期。高活动期的严重程度随剂量增加而加剧,至400Gy以上可突发狂暴性活动。用转棒法检查大鼠作业能力,发现可分三个时相:早期暂时性失能(ETI)期、暂时恢复期和永久性失能(PI)期。其持续时间与剂量有关,随剂量增加,ETI期延长,恢复期缩短,PI期提前,照后立即出现PI的发生率增加。出现照后立即PI的下限剂量为300Gy。文中还分析了大鼠脑型放射病时神经系统与失能发生的时间关系。
A total of 147 rats were divided into 12 groups, and the whole body was irradiated with γ-ray 50 ~ 1250Gy once. Cerebral radiation sickness dose range of 200 ~ 1250Gy. There are four phases of neurological symptoms in rat brain disease: early motor disorders, inactivity, high activity, and end-of-life. The severity of high activity increased with increasing doses to more than 400Gy sudden violent activities. Using the rotation rod method to check the working ability of rats, we found that there are three phases: early transient disability (ETI), temporary recovery and permanent disability (PI). The duration of the dose-related, with the dose increased, extended ETI period, recovery period shortened, PI phase in advance, immediately after the emergence of PI increased incidence. Immediately after the appearance of the lower limit of PI dose 300Gy. The article also analyzes the relationship between the nervous system and disability during rat brain-type radiation sickness.
