效益最大化是企业追求的永恒目标,模型化的计划优化系统是炼化行业长期应用的系统。传统系统以模型为核心,多是单机版应用。随着管理精细化的要求,系统流程化、协同化要求不断提高,应用新的信息技术将系统提升为以流程为导向、面向业务的集成的计划优化与管理系统,已经成为发展趋势。设计开发的系统计划业务实现计划流程全生命周期闭环管理,此外系统实现了计划业务与财务测算的协同,形成了“优化-计划-效益测算-执行分析”的循环。通过虚拟化等技术对优化软件进行封装开发及服务发布,实现模型的网络化应用。
Profit maximization is the eternal goal pursued by enterprises, and the modeled plan optimization system is a long-term application system in the refining industry. The traditional system model as the core, mostly stand-alone application. With the requirements of meticulous management, system flow and coordination requirements are constantly increasing.
