目的:优化巴布剂基质配方,提高巴布剂的黏性。方法:用有约束的配方均匀设计法,以剥离强度为指标,优选处方比例。结果:当增塑剂-黏度调节剂-交联剂(0.514:0.476:0.099)时,巴布剂有最强的剥离强度。结论:优选的基质配比合理、可行。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the formulation of cataplasm base and improve the viscosity of cataplasm. Methods: Uniform design with a constrained formula to peel strength as an indicator, the preferred prescription ratio. Results: The maximum peel strength of poultice was found when plasticizer - viscosity modifier - crosslinker (0.514: 0.476: 0.099). Conclusion: The optimal matrix ratio is reasonable and feasible.
