为进一步推进影视文化产业的全域化发展,加快金华市影视文化产业走在浙江省前列的步伐,本文尝试从人才队伍建设入手,深入分析金华市影视文化人才队伍建设的发展现状、存在的问题以及主要原因,并提出相应的对策建议。
In order to further promote the overall development of film and television culture industry and speed up the pace of film and television industry in Jinhua City in Zhejiang Province, this paper attempts to start with the development of talent team and deeply analyze the current situation and existing problems in the film and television talent cultivation in Jinhua City. The main reason and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
