Objective To analyze the compliance and effect of taking statins in nursing patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention. The compliance of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The observation group completely complied with 18 cases, partial compliance with 11 cases, no compliance with 1 case, medication compliance rate was 96.67%; control group completely comply with 12 cases, partial compliance with 9 cases, not compliance with 9 cases, medication compliance rate was 70.00%. The medication compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The implementation of continuous nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the medication compliance of statins and can be popularized clinically.
