反思是以自己的职业活动为思索对象,对自己在职业中所作出的行为以及由此产生的结果进行审阅和分析的过程。教学反思就是教师自觉地把课堂教学实践作为思索对象,对已经发生的教学活动以及这些教学活动背后的理论假设进行审阅和分析的过程,其目的是使教学进入更优化的状态,使学生得到更充分的发展,使教师成长得更专业。新课改非常强调教学的发思,教学反思被认为是教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素。
Introspection is the process of reviewing and analyzing the behaviors that they make in their careers and the consequent results of their own careers. Teaching introspection is that teachers consciously regard classroom teaching practice as the object of thinking, reviewing and analyzing the teaching activities that have taken place and the theoretical assumptions behind these teaching activities.
