以肌电仪和微机 - EMG系统 ,测试 10名戴全口义齿患者重衬前后的双侧颞肌前束与嚼肌 ,分别在 ICP紧咬和咀嚼食物时的肌电积分值。结果显示 :1.本组患者经重衬后颌间垂直距离恢复正常 ,平均增高值为 4.3mm。2 .重衬后患者在 ICP紧咬时和咀嚼时的双侧颞肌和嚼肌肌电积分值均大于重衬前。由此可说明 ,戴全口义齿患者垂直距离降低时 ,咀嚼肌肌力不能正常发挥 ;重衬术可通过增高恢复患者的颌间垂直距离 ,提高咀嚼肌肌力。
The electromyography and micro-computer-EMG system were used to test the myoelectric integral of the bilateral temporalis anterior fascicles and the chewing muscles before and after re-lining of 10 patients with full denture. The results showed that: 1. The group of patients with the vertical distance between the re-liner restored to normal, the average increase of 4.3mm. 2. The electromyographic integrals of the bilateral temporalis and the chewing muscles of the patients after repositioning were higher than those before re - chewing. This shows that the reduction in vertical distance with full denture patients, the muscle strength can not be normal play; re-lumbar surgery by increasing the vertical distance to recover the patient's jaw to improve masticatory muscle strength.
