开发了铜转炉富氧吹炼冰铜过程的动态物料和能量控制模型及富氧吹炼节能模型,分析计算富氧浓度对物料和能量收支的影响,并预测富氧对转炉烟气在生成量、吹炼时间、冷料加入量的影响情况,结果与实践生产数据吻合较好.根据开发的模型,可以进一步利用计算机模拟和仿真实际生产,优化富氧吹炼工艺参数,并寻求最佳富氧浓度,指导冰铜富氧吹炼生产的操作与控制。
The dynamic material and energy control model and the oxygen-rich blowing energy-saving model of copper converter oxygen-enriched blowing matte were developed. The effects of oxygen-enriched concentration on material and energy budget were analyzed and the effects of oxygen enrichment on converter flue gas generation Quantity, blowing time, the impact of adding cold material, the results and the actual production data is in good agreement. According to the developed model, we can make further use of computer simulation and simulation of actual production, optimize the parameters of oxygen-enriched blowing process, find the best oxygen-enriched concentration, and guide the operation and control of the production of oxygen-enriched steel matte.
