贵州水稻芽期耐寒性种质高频密集区有5片18个县,高抗种质高频密集区有3片5个县。以西北部最稠密,耐寒性种质和高抗种质的频度与海拔和温度相互间呈显著性或极显著性正相关或负相关关系,约有30%左右的抗性种质分布上的差异是由环境因子波动而造成,在低热的局部地区,出现两频度与高寒地区相近的现象,是微地域在其分布上的反应。同时发现地方稻种对低温的抗耐能力。粳型品种强于籼型品种,水稻强于陆稻。
