我们曾在某矿区的坑内和地表,使用人造金刚石孕镶钻头(以下简称人孕金刚石钻头),在7~10级的硅化白云岩、复杂角砾岩、板岩和辉长岩类岩层中进行水平孔孔内钻进试验,完成八百多米工作量,最深钻孔达213米,平均时效1.64米/小时,台月效率达470米,取得了较好的钻进效果,比同地区、同岩层的直斜孔人造孕镶金刚石钻进效率都高。这次实践、为今后在水平孔中推广使用人造孕镶金刚石钻头开辟了途径,同时也对钻进工艺有了新的看法和认识,现将在施工中所取得的效果和需要注意的几个问题做一介绍和讨论。
